Python GUI and Arduino system for designing and triggering real-time optogenetics LED protocols. Built for neuroscience research and customizable by experimental parameters like color, frequency, and duration.

Fine-tuned BERT model to detect sarcasm in Succession character dialogue. Includes style-aware text generation and exploratory analysis of character speech patterns.

Compared multiple machine learning models and transformer architectures on the IMDB dataset to classify movie reviews by sentiment. Includes cross-validation and performance evaluation.

EEG Reaction Time Prediction

Built an SVM model to classify fast vs. slow reaction times using EEG signals. Processed brainwave data with MATLAB (EEGLAB), engineered alpha/theta band features, and automated a full ML pipeline with cross-validation and visualizations.
